Following dental school, she practiced as an associate dentist in Montgomery, Alabama before returning to Florida, where she most recently practiced in Jacksonville. Dr. Saikaly is incredibly excited to return to her hometown and serve the community that shaped her.

Throughout her career, Dr. Saikaly has had a strong interest in a holistic approach to dentistry, focusing on whole-body health and personalized, patient-centered care. She is deeply passionate about dentistry and is committed to providing the highest quality treatment while building meaningful, lasting relationships with her patients. Dr. Saikaly is especially happy to join My Harmony Dentistry, where the practice philosophy aligns with her belief in delivering dentistry through a holistic approach.

Dr. Saikaly is an active member of the American Dental Association, American Dental Education Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Florida Dental Association, and the Northeast District Dental Association.

Outside of the office, Dr. Saikaly enjoys traveling, exercising, attending sporting events, cooking and baking, and spending time with her fiancé, James, as well as her family and friends. She is honored to be part of My Harmony Dentistry and looks forward to caring for patients throughout the Northeast Florida community.

Dr. Gregory Tarantola

Dr. Tarantola and his team are dedicated to getting to know their patients on a one-on-one basis and helping them feel involved every step of the way.

Dr. Tarantola received his dental degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1982 and practiced dentistry in Kansas City, Missouri until 1991. During that time, he received advanced training at The Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education in Key Biscayne. After completing those courses, he was asked to join the Visiting Faculty and helped teach there several times a year.

He was offered a position as a Full-Time Faculty which he accepted and began there full time in 1991. His responsibilities as Clinical Director involved teaching over 3000 dentists from around the country and around the world, developing innovative and relevant teaching materials, writing articles for peer-reviewed journals, and lecturing here and abroad.

During that time, he also maintained a private practice, focusing his attention on comprehensive cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry. In 2001, he made the decision to return to full-time practice whereby he could devote his full attention to his patients.

Dr. Tarantola and his staff are dedicated to knowing their patients on a one-on-one basis, thoroughly examining in a way that is understandable to the patient, making a diagnosis and developing with the patient an individualized treatment plan that offers long term solutions for oral health and esthetics. And most importantly, developing a plan that fits and makes sense with your life.

He has a gentle approach, a caring attitude and never rushes time for your questions or concerns. Plus our relaxing office atmosphere allows for a pleasant experience – more like visiting a friend rather than the dentist. Dr. T and his wife Cheryl, his chairside assistant, are the team that takes care of you. Many have commented that the two of them working together is ‘exquisite”…and helps them feel secure and well taken care of.
